Returns
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged, and unused jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
Custom orders, personalized pieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jsandlerglass@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions for safely shipping your piece back to us.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for another piece, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
